Caleo

Medical white oil promotes the care of residual limbs with dry and sensitive skin

No single liner is appropriate for everyone, because residual limb characteristics differ considerably from one user to the next. That’s why we offer liners made of different materials and with various characteristics for your customised fitting.

Liners in the Caleo product range contain nourishing, medical grade white oil that meets the highest standards for purity and compatibility. Thanks to the nourishing effect of the white oil, the Caleo liners are therefore also suitable for users who have sensitive or dry skin on their residual limb. Among other things, the excellent fit of the liners is due to the fact that the orthotics and prosthetics professional can warm the material during the fitting, and therefore adapt it particularly well to the individual shape of the residual limb. Caleo liners are highly elastic, soft and pleasant to wear.

FlexComfort

The high-tech functionality of the antibacterial additive protects the

liner against bacteria and against unpleasant odours.

Thanks to its high transverse elasticity, the liner adapts to the shape of the residual limb . The integrated, interior textile matrix prevents elongation and pistoning for superior safety and control.

Circumferential stretching is not affected.

The new, silky and skin-friendly interior effectively reduces friction

between the liner and skin, especially in the area of the perineum.

Skeo

Durable liners stabilise even residual limbs with a lot of soft tissue

The liner plays an important role in connecting the prosthesis to the residual limb. For this reason, it’s important to carefully consider the selection of the liner.

Thanks to the special material properties of silicone, the liners in the Skeo product range are able to stabilise even residual limbs that are covered by a lot of soft tissue. The liners are also very durable. Depending on the model, a low-friction textile cover or a silky smooth exterior coating ensures easy handling during day-to-day use. This makes it easier for you to don the prosthetic socket. The Skeo liners are also easy to clean.

Ottobock’s Skeo liners are equipped with further characteristics and functions which should be given at least equal importance in your choice of a liner. The Skeo Pure is a transparent liner, the Skeo 3D has an anatomical shape and the Skeo Skinguard is equipped with an antibacterial additive.

Whether you like to take things a bit easier or lead an especially active life, nothing can hold you back when you use the Skeo Sealing. The liner gives individuals with a transfemoral fitting in combination with one-way valves or the electronic Harmony system a secure hold and a high level of comfort when wearing their prosthesis. This liner provides you with straightforward support in any everyday situation: It makes it easy for you to put on your prosthesis without an aid, and its structured inside feels pleasant on your skin – without sticking. The Skeo Sealing reliably reduces skin irritation from rubbing and chafing. The Skinguard antibacterial additive also stops bacteria from growing, protecting you against unpleasant odours.
